If you store oil of any kind at your premises, it will apply to you. Oil includes:
• petrol
• diesel
• central heating oil
• lubricating oil
• vegetable oil
• heavy oils such a bitumen
• oils used as solvents, such as paraffin or kerosene
• waste oil
